This wine has a straw colour whose intensity varies from year to year, with slight greenish glints which tend to disappear after a few years.
Bouquet: intensely fruity, delicate and soft. Slightly aromatic, reminiscent of elderberry flowers, yellow peppers and acacia flowers. A pleasing and interesting blend of aromas.
Taste: full-bodied, well-structured, balanced and harmonius in spite of its acidity. Lightly tannic with a persistent taste and an aroma which lingers pleasantly on the palate. This is the ideal wine for light hors d?oeuvres, pasta and rice, soups, egg and fish dishes, risotto and local country cooking. Excellent also as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°.
