A straw-coloured wine sometimes with a greenish glint. Limpid and perfectly clear.
Bouquet: intensely fruity, typical of this type of grape, and highlighted by its naturally-high sugar content. The bouquet recalls the perfume of the acacia flower, of a beehive brimming with honey, frequently reminiscent of wild flowers.
Taste: full-bodied, with an excellent structure and a strong personality. Well-balanced in spite of its high sugar content. Persistent rich flavour, supple and velvety, with a lingering taste that reflects its bouquet. This is a dessert wine, but is equally pleasant by itself in all social occasions. Though classed as a dessert wine, Ucelut is most suited to desserts with a less rich flavour. Excellent served cold as an aperitif or with a silver of mature cheese and honey. A wine to enjoy for its own sake, while chatting with friends or simply meditating.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10°.
